Frequently asked questions
Can you fix Joy-Con drift?
Yes. Drift is caused by wear inside the analogue stick, and we replace the stick module and test the Joy-Con on a console before returning it.
My Nintendo Switch will not charge. Can it be fixed?
Usually. A Switch that will not charge normally has a damaged USB-C port or a failed charging chip, and we repair both at board level.
