How we repair your PlayStation Controller
- We test every stick, trigger and button, and the charging and wireless connection, to find all the faults, not only the one you noticed.
- We open the controller and remove the board without damaging the internal ribbon cables.
- Worn stick modules, charging ports or buttons are desoldered and replaced with new parts.
- We calibrate and test the controller on a console before it goes back.
How long it takes

Yes. The DualSense Edge uses replaceable stick modules, and we can either replace a module or repair the stick inside it.
My controller will not charge. Can it be fixed?
Usually. It is normally the USB port or the battery, and both can be replaced.
