How we repair your Nintendo Switch 2
- We test the Switch 2 handheld and docked, and check the Joy-Con 2 connection.
- We open the console carefully, as the screen and internal ribbon cables are delicate.
- The faulty screen, charging port, game card reader or component is repaired or replaced.

How long it takes

- Charge it if it still charges, and bring the charger if the fault is charging-related.
